Our History

Faithlegg NS has been at the heart of the local community for generations. The story of education in Faithlegg stretches back almost two centuries, with records showing a national school in the area as far back as 1837. The school then moved to its present location in 1961, and our connection with the local community and its beautiful nature & wildlife remains as strong as ever.

Today, Faithlegg NS combines this proud heritage with a modern approach to primary education. We value our traditions and the sense of community that has always been central to Faithlegg, while looking firmly towards the future and providing our pupils with the skills, confidence and experiences they need to flourish.
